SDIAA Annual Claims Professional Education Conference

On October 18, 2019, Straus Meyers, LLP attorneys spoke at the SDIAA’s 2019 Annual Claims Professional Education Conference on the topic of “The Bad Faith Setup” and how insurers can avoid the pitfalls of bad faith allegations in this complex area with potentially millions of dollars on the line.
